We believe that the complex challenges of our time can only be resolved by working together. By partnering with us, you can make a lasting difference to the lives of vulnerable children, teenagers and adults.
We reach out to people who need support. Our priority sectors in Switzerland are health,
everyday support, social integration, migration, disaster relief and search and rescue. We work in close cooperation with our Red Cross partners in around 30 countries in health promotion and disaster preparedness. We also invest in the organizational development of our partners, so that they are better equipped to reach their goals. All our services and programmes pursue the 17 sustainable development goals set by the United Nations in its Agenda 2030.

We have many years of experience, expertise and close collaboration with our Red Cross partners in other countries. Thanks to the commitment of our countless volunteers, the Red Cross is firmly rooted in the local population and widely known worldwide.
Our staff in Switzerland and abroad ensure that aid projects are carried out professionally. We regularly check that our projects are still appropriate and needed and adapt them as necessary.
We bear the ZewoOpens a new window quality seal, meaning that we meet strict standards in terms of accounting, altruism and transparency. We publish detailed annual accounts in accordance with the Swiss GAAP FER accounting standards.
